14:00 – 17:00 - Longjing Tea Experience
Three immersive hours of hands-on tea culture. Learn to identify Grade-A spring buds, pick leaves from the terraced hillside gardens, hand-roast them in a traditional iron wok, then sit down to a guided tasting comparing flavor notes at each stage of processing. You can leave with a freshly made sample of your own Dragon Well tea.
